Founded by Dr. Noha B. Badr, it was established in 1995 to provide therapy services in more than seven different states, including New York State for more than twelve years for more than 1.7 million patients to date. This simply means consistent hardworking and a remarkable struggle in a very evolving and competitive market with continuous success.

Those valuable years of therapy and home care services, logically and actually, would result in a vast and accumulated resources and experience dedicated to serve the best interest of our therapists, including you.

This also means that:

  • American Medical as your future direct employer, is reliable enough to provide you with a consistent line of practice, diversified enough to enrich and enhance your experience as a professional to provide you also with stability in your career.

  • You will receive your paycheck on time and that the words (“your check is in the mail”) will never be heard if you do not receive your paycheck within five (5) working days after your payroll scheduled dated.  As a policy in American Medical, if you did not receive your check in five (5) working days, the Company will post a stop payment on the lost check and issue you another one immediately.

  • American Medical, as a respectful company, will respect its commitments to you as long as you do the same.  You will get a remarkable benefit package with no delays or gimmicks, as per Employment Agreement, Corporate Policies and Employees Manual.

  • American Medical will not collect fees and will not request original documentations.

  • American Medical will provide a U.S. Immigration Attorney to process a Non Immigrant Working Visa on corporate expense.

  • American Medical will cover and shoulder as well the cost of U.S. Immigration Fees as well as Visa.

  • American Medical shall provide you with an electronic, web-based system for the submission of data and documentation to and from us.  This web-based system will also give you access to tools that allow you to view the progress of your credentialing and immigration process.

  • American Medical will manage daily contact with all necessary foreign and domestic offices related to your immigration process.  This will include, but not be limited to, the department of homeland security, the national visa center, U.S. embassies, and testing centers.

  • American Medical shall conduct an acculturation seminar to help you transition to life in America.  The program shall cover topics such as what to expect, reality vs. myth of our vision about America, investment strategies, how to establish credit and build your American dream, car shopping, banking, scams to avoid, how to manage your taxes and much more! Such as being trained for licensure exam?!

BENEFITS TO THERAPIST:

American Medical, Inc. shall provide the Therapist with benefits subject to terms and conditions contained herein and in accordance with American Medical’s Policy and Procedures and Personnel Manual (Herein referred to as the “Manual”).

  • Standard Corporate Worker’s Compensation Benefits
  • Standard Corporate Professional Liability Insurance (Malpractice Insurance)
  • Disability Insurance
  • Medical Benefits pursuant to American Medical, Inc. benefit plan for employees.  Such coverage is paid by American Medical, Inc. other than a reduced premium for which employees are responsible. Coverage for spouses or dependents (eligible only if same is residing in the U.S.A.) requires additional contributions by the Therapist; premium amount may change from time to time pending corporate group insurance policy.
  • Five (5) paid holidays per year.  The holidays are New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
  • Four (4) sick days per year
  • One week vacation per year.

All Benefits provided are pending that Therapist is working at least Forty (40) hours per week. Accumulating at least Two Thousand (2000) working hours per year on a regular and authorized basis.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

As an added benefit pending Therapist annual evaluation, American Medical, Inc. will invite selected therapists to file them for Permanent Residency in the United States (Green Card).

Filing will be contingent to Therapist annual evaluation including and not limited to Professional Performance, Productivity, Reliability, Responsibility and over all conduct.  Also said filing will require the Therapist to sign for a third year of employment for American Medical, Inc. with higher hourly rates.

RECRUITMENT AND DEPLOYMENT COST:

As per the year 2005 corporate records, the cost for recruiting a Therapist from overseas is Twelve Thousand One Hundred Fifty Three U.S. Dollars (U.S. $12,153.00), we anticipate that said cost will be raised up to Thirteen Thousand U.S. Dollars (U.S. 13,000.00) for the fiscal year 2007 due to added U.S. Government fees.

All of aforementioned cost and fees are paid on your behalf in full by American Medical, Inc.

You are not and will not be requested to pay said cost or fees back to American Medical, Inc. either in full or in part as assistance to those selected Therapists and Nurses.

In addition to all of aforementioned benefits American Medical, Inc. will compensate Health Professional for all of:

  • Educational Credentialing
  • Board of Practice & Exam Fees
  • Visa Screen Testing Fees
  • One Way Plane Ticket to the United States

Pending that therapist will sign Three Year Employment Agreement.

Said reimbursement will be paid back to therapist on bi-weekly installments during the first 6 (six) months of employment at the United States.

2. Signed Job (position) Description
3. Signed Confidentiality Statement
4. Letter of Guarantee Signed & Notarized by your parents against Breach of Agreement & Promissory Note
5. College Diploma & Transcript of Records
6. Professional License to Practice
7. Copy of Current Passport or I.D.
8. Copy of Birth Certificate
9. Two recent photos
10. Resume
11. Application of Employment

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATIONS:

Further, you are advised as well to forward to American Medical, Inc. on a later date the following documentations as soon as they are available:

  • TOEFL, TSE and TWE
  • Visa Screen Certificate
  • New York State Professional License

COMPENSATION:

During the term of employment agreement:

  • U.S. Licensed Physical Therapist $49,000.00 per/year

  • U.S. Licensed Occupational Therapist $55,000.00 per/year

  • U.S. Registered Nurse $50,000.00 per/year
